CARE L is an active promoter of the transatlantic network. CARE L has its place in the history of the support of the Americans for Europe after World War II. CARE L has a vital interest in maintaining and expanding the transatlantic network since it still provides a promising basis for efficient and internationally harmonized emergency relief politics and the fight against poverty.
CARE L welcomes the cooperation of the individual national CAREs in Europe. The national CAREs in Europe have to become one player acting all through Europe, while various forms and depths of integration are conceivable. In this way, the capability of CARE L in administering emergency relief and fighting against poverty can be improved further.
