Globalization requires an internationally harmonized emergency relief and fight against poverty. Therefore, CARE L supports and promotes CARE International and the local non-governmental organizations cooperating with CI. Moreover, CARE L underlines the advantages offered by the CI network vis-à-vis all players. CARE L has its local roots and is still member of the global network.
