CARE L - Committed to its Good Reputation

CARE L makes every effort to strengthen its reputation of a credible, transparent and responsible relief organization. Here lies a central task for the board of CARE L, namely to increase the standing of CARE L by the board’s composition and communication work.
 
CARE L aspires to broaden its anchoring in society. For this purpose, if possible, all projects should be implemented involving private persons. Furthermore, voluntary work in and for CARE L is to be developed for clearly defined areas of responsibility; through this, an added value is to be achieved for the organization. CARE L aspires to a high target and result orientation of voluntary work.
 
CARE L sees itself as an advocate of the people in regions and countries marked by hunger, poverty and suppression; CARE L intends to build up and strengthen civil structures in these regions. Therefore, CARE L is the voice in Luxembourg of these people and expands its advocacy for them. Thus, CARE L directly supports the mission of CARE International in Luxembourg: “CI ... advocates for global responsibility”.
